Access To Facilities In The Hotel - Current Issues

We extend a warm welcome to all of our guests/visitors, but the historic layout and design of our property does mean that access may be difficult.

We have eleven ground floor bedrooms for guests with limited mobility: In addition, the lounge, restaurant and function rooms are also on ground level.

There is a disabled toilet facility and baby changing unit on the ground floor.
Access to the swimming pool, for those guests who have difficulty with stairs, is available via a ramp. The changing rooms are on ground level.

We have a hearing loop, a telephone with large print buttons and under pillow vibrating alarm. Menus are also available in large print.
For those guests who have difficulty getting in and out of the bath, the hotel has several items to assist you.

We are happy to accept guide dogs with prior notice.
Porterage service is available to assist guests with luggage.
