Accessibility

We make every effort to make the whole of the Green Lawns website as accessible to as many visitors as possible, this site complies with most of the recommendations laid down by the recent Disability Discrimination Act (2002) - work in progress will ensure the hotel passes the W3C priority 1, 2 and 3 tests in the near future.

We have undertaken extensive testing on a variety of browsers, screen resolutions and platforms to make sure everything works the way it's supposed to. This web site is also available as an accessible text only version and is screen reader friendly for the benefit of non-visual users.

However, we are aware that we cannot test for every eventuality.

We would appreciate any suggestions to improve the site wherever possible. If you have any ideas (or complaints) please take a few moments to give us some feedback. This would be greatly appreciated.
The design and layout is controlled through Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This allows for easy changes to the colour scheme, font sizes and styles and even new layouts without having to delve to deeply into the underlying code of the site.

If you happen to be using a pre-version 4 browser you will not see the same layout as those with later browser versions. Chances are you will have already received a polite notice encouraging you to upgrade your browser. Upgrading is free and will allow you to view this (and many, many more websites throughout the World Wide Web,) the way they were intended to be viewed.
